Pumpkin sheet cake with cream cheese frosting!

What you will need:

16 ounces (2 cups) canned solid-pack pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat Pumpkin, oil, and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.

Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl, and combine to pumpkin mixture.
Grease cake pan 15x10x1 pour mixture in and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
I usually would make frosting but I had some cream cheese frosting so I melted it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute and spread it over the cake!

And your finished product!!!

I used cake flour because it will make your cake fluffier and lighter.  This cake is great and feeds about 20-25 people.

More recipes to follow! Enjoy!
